Spring Long Point
The Long Eaton Guild’s Spring Long Point show will take place in showrooms across the town between 13-15th May this year. Designed to present some of the UK’s finest bespoke upholstery, the show will also feature a number of companies showing in Long Eaton for the first time – including Jutzler of Switzerland, which will be displaying a selection from its collection of high-class bedroom furniture.
Also new to the show is Contempo of Italy, which will be exhibiting models from its Elements collection. In total, over 40 manufacturers will be exhibiting within showrooms throughout Long Eaton.
John Bramm, MD of Dormeo UK, says: “We had an extremely successful 2012, and this year we have continued to invest in and develop our advertising spend. Bedtime Live was the perfect opportunity for us. Not only is it a fun and engaging programme, it focuses on sleep, an issue that many of the population face, and something that we help alleviate with our product.”
The company also took to the streets of London in an Octaspring bed to shoot a video marking the end of National Bed Month (March). Dormeo tied this in with a research programme, in which 3000 people were asked to describe the strangest places they had fallen asleep.
