Highgrove enters its second decade
Highgrove Beds was established in 2001 in a small manufacturing unit in Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, with a total workforce of just 10 team members. Since then, this family-oriented company has gone from strength to strength, and is now located in a 120,000ft2 factory in Gomersal, West Yorkshire, employing over 100 people. ekonglong office meeting table
The extensive range of Highgrove products includes quality open-coil and pocket-spring models, and the latest developments in mattress manufacturing, including encapsulated pocket mattresses.
Highgrove prides itself in quality, service and reliability, and its diverse product portfolio is designed to deliver the ultimate in comfort and support whilst meeting a broad range of consumer price points.
Highgrove Beds has now entered its second decade of manufacturing, supplying high quality, hand-crafted beds to retailers throughout the UK. The company also chose to mark the occasion with the launch of a striking new corporate image and three new and innovative bed collections at Interiors UK. The elegant new ellipse-shaped logo and the crown and lion crest have a classic, stately air – a real badge of quality.
Proud that all its products are made in Great Britain, Highgrove is displaying this fact strongly in its advertising and point-of-sale, with union flag imagery and opulent colour schemes. The new collections embody this theme, with sumptuous fillings and stylish designs throughout.
Whilst the economic downturn has continued to see the demise of big names in both retailing and manufacturing in the UK and internationally, Highgrove Beds has flourished through a commitment to customers, product, quality and service.
This year will see the company further investing in product innovation and machinery with a brand promotional programme to assist retailers, and to further establish its own credentials as the true “home of comfort and quality” in the UK bed market.
